- To be a sate of the art library serving the people, catering to the needs of the General Public, Yound Audience and kids by providing world class infrastructure, books,DVDs, Magazines and newspapers.
- To cater to the needs of those students who want to appear in vairous National and International competitive exams and other exams for value addition in their careers.
- To undertake, projects on areas like Personality Development, Language Courses and other areas to further careers.
- To standardize other libraries in the Sate of Madhya Pradesh.
